Raw vegan cauliflower couscous
Cauliflower Couscous Recipe
Quick and Easy Version
1/2 Head Cauliflower - chopped 
1 Carrot - chopped
1 Celery Stalk - chopped
1/4 Onion - chopped
1/2 Red Pepper - chopped
Handful Parsley - chopped
1 Corn Cob - corn kernels 
1/2 Cup Edamame
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
Mix all ingredients together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
