Spring is the best time to recharge our sleepy winter bodies in preparation for an active, healthy summer. So join us this May for a 10 day "Healthy Habit Reboot"!

This fun, online/at-home program is the perfect way to get started and gain momentum in your personal wellness practices. We'll provide you with all the tools and support you need to feel amazing! Simple, easy and sustainable. 

When: Sunday, May 15th - Tuesday, May 24th

Where: Online, from the comfort of your home!

What it is: A wholistic, plant-based approach to health - in mind, body and spirit! Over the course of 10 days we'll use healthy vegan recipes, exercises, meditation prompts, journaling and community zoom meetings to get ourselves feeling better than ever. Our emphasis will be on preparing meals and encouraging wellness practices that support our digestion, and fill us with vibrant energy. It's a great way to feel rejuvenated for the summer ahead!

What You Get: When you join our 10 Day Healthy Habit Reboot, we'll provide you with benefits in three ways - by snail mail, by email and during zoom meetings.

  • Snail Mail: To say "welcome on this journey!" we'll send you 3 recipe cards with matching organic spice blends in the mail. These will give you a head start in your Reboot meal planning.
  • Email: Before the Reboot begins, we'll email you a PDF with everything you need to make the most of this experience. This includes easy meal planning tips, food prep advice, daily plant-based menus with recipes and shopping lists, a journal with prompts to help you track your personal wellness goals, and more. (These tools are meant to inspire and support you - feel free to utilize them all, or pick and choose what you want to focus on for a more customized experience!)

    During the Reboot we'll also email you daily words of encouragement, food facts, answers to common questions, and any other important communications that come up along the way. 
  • Zoom Meetings: There will be 3 scheduled zoom meetings over the course of the 10 Day Healthy Habit Reboot, and you are encouraged to attend them all! While you could certainly use the other tools on their own, this element of community support is really what makes the Reboot invaluable and fun! Each meeting will have a specific agenda led by Nüssli118° owner and chef Angela Hofmann AND time for Q+A, check-ins, idea exchange, etc.

    Accountability, kinship and inspiration will be our highest goals!
