We start with organic cashews, pecans and walnuts that we sprout* in small batches ourselves. Then we lightly coat them in a savory-sweet dijon mustard glaze and gently dry them at 118°F until delightfully crisp. The results are nutrient-dense and crave-worthy in equal measure!

*Sprouting is the time-honored practice of soaking nuts and seeds in water to reduce their naturally occurring phytic acids, tannins and enzyme inhibitors. The results are much easier to digest, with enzymes and vitamins that our bodies can easily absorb.
