1 cup Bean Sprouts
1/2 cup Edamame
1/4 cup Red Pepper, chopped
2 tablespoon Thai Basil, chopped
1 Scallion, chopped for garnish
1 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina
Nama Shoyu to taste
Whisk dressing ingredients together.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Remove both ends of a bean can.
Stuff can with ingredients holding one end of can on plate.
Slowly lift can to leave your sprout stack standing - hopefully!
Garnish with scallions.
Drizzle with Dressing.
