It's summer and the bounty of the farmers markets have inspired us to create this delicious and healthy Three Day Vegan Meal Plan for you to enjoy.  Whether you are new to veganism, looking to incorporate more plant based foods into you diet, or seeking more energy and a lifted spirit, this is the meal plan for you!

Taste the produce of the season in its pure raw form creatively combined and seasoned into three days of delicious plant based meals. All our ingredients are organic and locally sourced when possible.  Follow us on Instagram @nussli118 where we will post photos of our menu.

We will be offering a new menus throughout the summer!  Have a favorite, email us and we will include it in our offerings!


Day 1

Chia Pudding with berries and granola

Spiral Lunch – dressing, spiral veggies, chopped veggies, nut topping

Snack – nut crumble, fruit, cacao nibs

Dinner – bean burger, pickled root veggies, cauliflower couscous


Day 2

Overnight Oats with fruit compote and granola

Lunch - Quinoa Bowl

Snack – Crackers, assorted veggies, cashew cheese spread

Dinner – Taco with corn tortilla


Day 3

Pulp muffin with almond butter and apricot jam

Lunch - Heirloom Tomato Soup with crackers and cashew cheese spread

Snack – Chocolate Pecan Square and Vanilla Chai Smoothie

Dinner – Herbed Portobello Mushroom, Fresh Corn Polenta, Smoky Lapsang Tomato Salsa
