Nüssli118° invites you to our plant-based Autumn Celebration dinner! Save your spot as they are sure to fill up fast! Our storefront is transformed into a cozy bistro style dining room of shared table seating with fresh flowers, candles, and linens.  We will craft a delicious and creative tasting menu in our raw vegan kitchen, each dish inspired by the flavors of the season.  We welcome you back for an evening of celebration.

Our fall menu is designed to celebrate the best of the season — crisp vegetables, earthy roots, and the sweetness of late harvest fruits — all prepared raw and plant-based. Each course highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients while adding unexpected textures and touches of warmth through spices, pickling, and careful preparation.

To complement the dishes, we’ve created The Autumn Equinox Mocktail Collection — three bright, seasonal drinks that follow the flow of the meal: starting with something lively and zesty, moving into refreshing garden notes, and finishing with a rich, floral sip that lingers like autumn itself.

We invite you to relax, savor, and enjoy this meal as a moment of nourishment, joy, and connection.

    Autumn Tasting Journey

    First Course

    Stuffed Squash Blossoms
    Delicate blossoms filled with a creamy herbed nut cheese, paired with a kale & onion crisp for crunch.

    Mocktail Pairing:
    Golden Glow – Ginger, lemon, and a touch of maple syrup, lightly sparkling.


    Second Course

    Heirloom Tomato Soup
    A creamy, heirloom tomato base with a touch of spice, drizzled with fresh oregano oil and served with crisp vegetable wafers.

    Mocktail Pairing:
    Garden Refresher – Cucumber, basil, and lime, served over ice.


    Third Course

    Sea Vegetable & Root Salad
    A vibrant mix of beets, cucumber, and wakame, tossed in a miso dressing and finished with smoked almond dust.


    Fourth Course

    Wild Mushroom & Kohlrabi
    Kohlrabi three ways — a silky puree, thin pickled slices, and kohlrabi greens — layered with marinated wild mushrooms for a depth and contrast of flavors and textures.


    Final Course

    Autumn Fig Dessert
    Fresh figs with a cardamom cashew cream, sweet pistachio crisps, and an aromatic scattering of dehydrated rose petals.

    Mocktail Pairing:
    Crimson Bloom – Pomegranate, fig, and rosewater with a hint of spice.
