All our products are handcrafted in small batches and tested for quality control before packaging and shipping. We care deeply about completely satisfying all our customers! So we stand behind everything we make and guarantee that our products leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not either 1) defective, or 2) damaged in the shipping process. If, for some reason, you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Once the package has left our hands, we cannot assume responsibility for the following:
- Delays caused by the shipping company.
- Damage or theft of packages after the package has been delivered to the specified address.
- Returned or delayed packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
- Packages left unattended outside in warm weather.
All sales of consumable items are final. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. To expedite the process, you can send pictures of the damaged item/s to email@example.com. We will do our utmost to work with you and correct the issue.
