Nüssli118° invites you to our plant-based Autumn dinner! Save your spot as they are sure to fill up fast! Our storefront is transformed into a cozy dining room with candles and tablecloths, as we craft a delicious 5 course tasting menu in our vegan kitchen.  With organic wines, house crafted cocktails and mocktails we welcome you back for an evening of celebration.

Our menu is entirely plant-based, organic, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and locally-sourced. All nuts used are activated and/or sprouted in-house.

    Mushroom Risotto
    Indulge in a creamy risotto, bursting with the robust flavors of black trumpet and crimini mushrooms. Finished with crispy leeks and a sprinkle of vegan nooch seasoning, this dish offers a symphony of textures and a deep, savory taste that is pure comfort.

    Raw Vegan Lasagna
    A culinary masterpiece of heirloom tomatoes and zucchini, layered with rich almond ricotta, sun-dried tomato marinara, and fragrant pistachio pesto. Drizzled with herb oil, this raw lasagna is as nourishing as it is flavorful, delivering fresh, vibrant notes in every bite.
