Black Bean Burger
Black Bean Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can 15 oz. black beans, mashed
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup onion, minced
3 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeno, minced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
5 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 patties. Heat frying pan with coconut oil. Cook until golden brown, flip and fry other side. Serve on bun or lettuce with your choice of condiments and sides.
