🌿Sparkling Matcha Mint Fizz

Light, bubbly, and energizing with fresh mint and matcha with a botanical twist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz matcha syrup

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • 3 fresh mint leaves

  • 2–3 dashes citrus or cucumber bitters (optional but recommended)

  • Ice

  • Sparkling water to top

Instructions:

  1. Muddle mint with matcha syrup, lime juice, and bitters.

  2. Add ice, pour in muddled ingredients, and top with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with mint.
