All our squares are crafted using organic, sprouted* nuts instead of grains, making them low-carb and paleo friendly. They’re perfectly chewy with just a hint of crunch! One package contains 3 squares.
*Sprouting is the time-honored practice of soaking nuts and seeds in water to reduce their naturally occurring phytic acids, tannins and enzyme inhibitors. The results are much easier to digest, with enzymes and vitamins that our bodies can easily absorb.
Cashews | A nutrient-dense tree nut that lowers the risk of heart disease and encourages the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin.
Walnuts | A tree nut with powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. They have a high concentration of nutritional benefit, including healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin E. A few walnuts go a long way – just seven contain 60% of your daily recommended dose of omega 3 fatty acids!
