Nüssli118° invites you to our plant-based Valentine's Day dinner! Save your spot as they are sure to fill up fast! Our storefront is transformed into a cozy dining room with candles and tablecloths, as we craft a delicious 5 course tasting menu in our raw vegan kitchen.  With organic wines, house crafted cocktails and mocktails we welcome you back for an evening of celebration.

Our menu is entirely plant-based, organic, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and locally-sourced. All nuts used are activated and/or sprouted in-house.

    A beautiful assortment of winter organic vegetables, raw vegan pepperoni, vegan cheese, sprouted buckwheat and almond crackers, a fig spread, and our sprouted smoked paprika nut clusters.

    • Our Winter Soup

    An elegant blend of gently warmed parsnip soup, cracker black pepper and nutmeg garnished with apple and walnut along with our vegetable crisps.

    • Radicchio Citrus Salad

    Fresh and zesty citrus sits atop a bed of colorful radicchio arugula and fennel salad

    • A Twist on Mushroom Ravioli 

    A beetroot infused shell stuffed with aged balsamic marinated wild mushrooms drizzled with a raw vegan bechamel.

    • Not to be skipped Dessert

    Layer chocolate cake with citrus scented vanilla ice-cream and raspberry coulis
