Incredible Grain Free Buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 3.5 ounces dry garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 

Soak garbanzo beans overnight.  Rinse and drain the following morning.

Mix baking soda and vinegar. 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until all ingredients come together to form a ball.

Divide ball into 5 balls and form into bun shape. 

Sprinkle sesame seeds on buns.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.
