Crunchy, savory and bold – our Smoked Paprika Sprouted Nut Clusters are an irresistible snack.
We start with organic cashews, pecans and walnuts that we sprout* in small batches ourselves. Then we coat them in a special smokey-sweet blend of warming spices. Finally, we gently dry the clusters at 118°F until delightfully crisp. The results are nutrient-dense and crave-worthy in equal measure!

*Sprouting is the time-honored practice of soaking nuts and seeds in water to reduce their naturally occurring phytic acids, tannins and enzyme inhibitors. The results are much easier to digest, with enzymes and vitamins that our bodies can easily absorb.
Cashews | A nutrient-dense tree nut that lowers the risk of heart disease and encourages the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin.
Pecans | A tree nut with lots of heart-healthy, monounsaturated fats. They can help decrease LDL or “bad cholesterol” and increase HDL or “good cholesterol”.
Walnuts | A tree nut with powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. They have a high concentration of nutritional benefit, including healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin E. A few walnuts go a long way – just seven contain 60% of your daily recommended dose of omega 3 fatty acids!
Himalayan Salt | A type of salt mined from the mountains of Pakistan. It contains a high level of iron which results in its pink hue, as well as many trace minerals like sodium chloride, sulfate, calcium, potassium and magnesium. These can help to replenish the body’s electrolytes.
